Felix […] developed a website for me approximately five years ago. My experience with Felix was a very good one for the following reasons…

• Initial stage – Felix took time to meet with me and find out the purpose of my website before taking any actions. He listened to me and tailored it to what we discussed. He also made some additional helpful suggestions.
• Knowledge – Felix is very knowledgeable about all of the technical aspects of developing a client's website and maintaining the servers where a client's website is stored on the Internet.
• Was a teacher and shared knowledge – Felix developed my first website. I had no knowledge of how to maintain my website as the Administrator. Felix took the time to walk me through many administrative actions that I needed to understand and implement as the Administrator.
• Availability and promptness – When I needed to discuss an issue or problem, Felix was quite responsive to my telephone calls and/or emails. He would either call back or send an email to me with the steps that I needed to take to correct my concern.
• Website "down" time – My website did not have a problem with "down time" and his servers were up and running almost 100% of the time.
